Mindful Leadership Workshop

A single, standalone session designed for program leaders and their teams — no ongoing commitment required. This workshop introduces Strategic Calm™ in practice: the intentional pacing, somatic anchoring, and steadier decision-making that regulated leadership requires in high-stress early childhood environments.

Delivered live, virtually or on-site, and scaled to fit a staff meeting, a leadership retreat, or a standalone professional development session. Leaders leave with concrete practices they can use immediately — not just concepts to remember.

Best for: Programs wanting a low-commitment first experience of this work before considering ongoing partnership, or leadership teams needing a reset during a high-stress season.

Reflective Supervision & Consultation (RSC)

Ongoing group reflective space, held monthly, for program staff or leadership to think through the emotional and relational complexity of the work — without it becoming case management or crisis response. This is protected time to process, not another task added to the calendar.

RSC is where your team's capacity to stay regulated and relationally grounded under pressure actually gets built, session by session, rather than taught once and expected to stick. It also serves as the natural first step into a full agency partnership — many agencies start here before scaling into a retainer.

Format: Group, monthly, 1 hour.

Best for: Programs ready for ongoing support but not yet ready for a full retainer commitment.

Agency Consultation

Sustained, protected partnership built around your program's actual rhythm — not a bundle of one-off services, but standing capacity you can rely on.

A retainer includes:

• Agency-requested trainings (see below) — built around your program's specific gaps, not a generic curriculum
• Reflective Supervision & Consultation at a scale matched to your tier
• PM Consultation / Thinking Partnership — ongoing strategic reasoning support for program leadership, outside the system, for the decisions that don't have a clean playbook
• Locked rates and rollover protection — unused hours don't simply disappear, and your rate doesn't shift mid-contract
• Annual renewal adjustments — transparent, planned pricing rather than surprise increases

Best for: Programs ready to build reflective, culturally responsive, trauma-informed organizational culture as an ongoing standard, not a periodic intervention.

Agency-Requested Trainings 

Unlike the standalone Mindful Leadership Workshop, agency-requested trainings are built specifically around your program's identified needs — a staff struggling with a particular behavioral pattern, a leadership team navigating a transition, a compliance requirement needing a reflective (not just procedural) approach.

Topics are drawn from and adapted beyond your existing training library foundations — early relational health, trauma-informed practice, reflective supervision skills, and culturally responsive and affirming practice — but scoped and sequenced to what your program specifically needs, not delivered as a fixed course.

Format: Live, virtual or on-site; single session or a short series, depending on scope.

Included in: Agency Retainer (all tiers); also available as a standalone booking outside a retainer if a program wants training without full partnership yet.
