C Dawkins Nurturing Minds is a reflective supervision, consultation, and training practice supporting early childhood and mental health professionals in building sustainable, relational, and developmentally grounded work.
The practice was founded on the belief that strong systems are built through strong relationships—and that professionals deserve spaces to slow down, reflect, and think about their work in ways that reduce burnout, strengthen reflective capacity, and support sustainable, ethical practice.
Rather than offering quick fixes or prescriptive solutions, C Dawkins Nurturing Minds centers reflective, relationship-based approaches that honor the complexity of human development, clinical work, and systems change.
Our Approach
Work at C Dawkins Nurturing Minds is grounded in:
- Reflective and relationship-based practice
- Infant and early childhood mental health principles
- Nervous system–informed and regulation-focused frameworks
- Developmentally grounded and culturally responsive care
- Services are collaborative, non-hierarchical, and rooted in curiosity, respect, and shared learning.
The goal is not perfection or performance, but increased reflective capacity, relational clarity, and sustainability over time.
