Building Capacity for Meaningful Change
At C Dawkins Nurturing Minds, we empower early childhood programs to enhance their workforce capacity through targeted training and reflective consultation. Our approach fosters a deeper understanding of social-emotional development, enabling staff to respond effectively in complex environments. This journey begins with a single session and evolves into a sustained, reflective partnership that transforms practices and outcomes.
Mindful Leadership Workshop
The Mindful Leadership Workshop
Lead From a Grounded Place
Most staff accountability problems aren't management failures — they're nervous system problems. When a leader is dysregulated, their team feels it, and performance and trust erode together.
This 90-minute interactive workshop teaches leaders to regulate themselves first, so their teams can follow. Rooted in the Nurturing Minds Resilience Framework™ (NMRF), you'll learn how your internal state sets the emotional climate for your team — and practice Strategic Calm™, a set of techniques for staying grounded under pressure, protecting your focus, and de-escalating friction before it becomes conflict.
What You'll Walk Away With
- A working understanding of how your regulation shapes your team's regulation — and their accountability
- Direct practice with Strategic Calm™ techniques for staying grounded under pressure
- A framework (NMRF) for reading and shifting your team's emotional climate
- One concrete practice to carry into your leadership this week

Reflective Supervision & Consultation (RSC)
RSC is where the deeper work actually happens not solving a single problem, but building your capacity to see, steady, and respond relationally, session by session, over time.
If you're pursuing or renewing your IMH-E® or ECMH-E® endorsement, RSC is exactly the kind of relationship-based, reflective supervision the endorsement process asks for — hours that count toward your credential while genuinely strengthening how you show up with the families and colleagues you support. No need to choose between "check the box" supervision and supervision that actually helps; this is both.
This isn't clinical supervision toward licensure hours — it's reflective space for practitioners at any stage, whether you're newly working toward endorsement, maintaining it, or simply want ongoing support processing the emotional and relational complexity of your work.
RSC is ongoing protected space — individual or group — to think out loud about your work without it becoming case management. Many agencies fold RSC into professional development budgets or supervision line items, so it's worth a conversation with your director if cost is a factor.
Format: Virtually or In-person (if applicable)/Individual or group
Best for: Practitioners pursuing or renewing IMH-E®/ECMH-E® endorsement, and anyone ready for sustained reflective space.
Pricing:
- Individual: $135/hr.
- Group: $100/hr.

MSW Clinical Supervision
Form MSW professionals seeking licensure and national exam support. Clinical supervision provides the oversight required to work toward LCSW licensure — case consultation, clinical decision-making support, and the structured guidance needed to meet your state's supervised-hours requirements.
Sessions may include:
- Case review and clinical decision-making support across a range of presentations
- Guidance on assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and documentation
- Ethical and legal considerations specific to clinical practice
- Support preparing for licensure requirements and tracking supervised hours
- Space to develop your clinical voice and identity as a practitioner
- ASWB Exam Preparation
Format: Individual or group, ongoing.
Best for: For clinicians working towards LCSW licensure, clinical supervision can also be paired with reflective supervision — giving you both the technical grounding required for licensure and the reflective capacity this work asks of you.
Individual and group reflective clinical supervision grounded in relational, culturally responsive practice — supporting clinicians in their growth, confidence, and connection to the work.
Individual Clinical Supervision
$110/session · 60 minutes
4-session monthly package: $400/month

Group supervision offers a relationally grounded space to reflect, process, and grow alongside peers, while making high-quality clinical supervision more financially accessible. Groups are kept intentionally small to preserve depth and connection.
