Consultation & Training

C Dawkins Nurturing Minds provides consultation and training services for early childhood and mental health systems seeking to strengthen reflective capacity, regulation, and relational practice across teams and programs.

Consultation and training are grounded in a reflective, relationship-based approach that centers collaboration, curiosity, and sustainability rather than quick fixes or compliance-driven solutions.

Program / Agency Consultation

Program and agency consultation supports organizations in strengthening staff capacity, reflective practice, and relational health at the systems level. Consultation is tailored to the unique context, goals, and culture of each organization.

Areas of focus may include:

Case consultation provides space for professionals to reflect on clinical and relational dynamics, explore conceptualization, and consider next steps within a supportive and collaborative container.

Case consultation may include:

  • Reflecting on complex cases
  • Exploring relational and systemic factors
  • Considering intervention approaches and clinical formulation
  • Supporting professional growth and confidence

Case consultation is available for individual clinicians or small groups.
