Supervision Services

Supervision at C Dawkins Nurturing Minds is grounded in reflective, relationship-based practice that supports professionals to think, feel, and work with greater clarity, sustainability, and intention.

Supervision services are designed for early childhood and mental health professionals seeking space to deepen reflective capacity, strengthen regulation, and enhance clinical and relational practice.

Reflective Supervision (Group & Individual)

Reflective supervision is a collaborative space to explore the emotional, relational, and systemic aspects of your work. Reflective supervision may include:
Exploring clinical and relational dynamics
Noticing patterns, countertransference, and stress responses
Strengthening reflective capacity and nervous system regulation
